WOD? AMRAP? O co chodzi?

Treningi skłądające się na 10-cio tygodniowy plan treningowy w dużej mierze wywodzą się z systemu treningowego CrossFit. Oznaczenia zastosowane do opisania ćwiczeń są w języku angielskim, często w skróconej formie. Dlatego przygotowaliśmy krótki przewodnik treningowy…

#WOD (Workout of the day)

W treningu CrossFit tak określa się zadania przeznaczone na poszczególne treningi. Często łączy się je z rozgrzewką i treningiem techniki. Angielska nazwa to Workout Of the Day i oznacza, że na dany dzień przeznaczony jest określony rodzaj zadania treningowego do wykonania.

#AMRAP (As many rounds as possible)

Oznaczenie wykorzystane w treningach podczas, których mamy określony czas trwania treningu np. w ciągu 5 minut. W podanym czasie wykonasz tak dużo rund i powtórzeń jak tylko będziesz w stanie.

#FOR TIME (Na czas)

Trening, którego celem jest wykonanie treningu lub osobnych ćwiczeń na czas.

#EMOM (Each minute on the minute)

Podczas treningu określonego skrótem „EMOM”, w każdej minucie wykonujemy taką samą sekwencję ruchów i ćwiczeń.

Istnieją dwa rodzaje treningu EMOM:

● Z określoną liczbą powtórzeń;

● Z określonym czasem wykonywania ćwiczeń.

#TABATA

Oznaczenie treningu interwałowego, trwającego 4 minuty przy stosunku – 20 sekund pracy na 10 sekund przerwy.
